Jewelry Usage Instructions
1. Since jewelries are delicate and fine workmanship, there are some points to be considered in their use.
2. Store your jewelry in a dry and clean place out of direct light and heat. At the same time, the stored area should not be an oxygen-free and moist area, otherwise oxidation and discoloration of the product may occur.
3. In order to keep your jewelries shining, we recommend you not to wear your jewelry while in a chlorinated pool or engaging in physical activities or partaking in a labor-intensive activities.
4. Keep your jewelry away from the oil, soap and detergent type of products, personal cleaning products, acidic components, bleach, acetone, alcohol, hair spray, cream, perfume, mercury and similar chemicals. Contact with these chemicals can damage the shine of the jewelry and cause to fall off the stones that take place on the jewelry.
5. Keep your jewelry away from direct fire, sauna, solarium, radioactive-X-ray and ultraviolet rays.
6. In order to prevent your jewelries from being scratched in the storage area, it is recommended that they should be kept in their original box not to touch each other.
7. Jewelries with natural stones such as diamond, ruby, emerald, sapphire, pearl etc. can be damaged when the are exposed to the factors such as water, moisture, sweaty hands, detergent, perfume, hand cream and hair spray.
8. It is recommended that you should remove your jewelry before going to sleep. The reason for this is to protect you from possible scratches that may occur as a result of the jewelry touching your skin during sleep.
9. Jewelries that contain rubber and leather can be damaged by contact with water, moisture, acid-based chemicals, heat and cosmetic products. Therefore, it is the user’s responsibility to be sensitive to jewelries that contain rubber and leather.
10. Magnetic locks and clips should not be forced during use.
Guarantee

The jewelry that you purchased is provided to you with a certificate. This certificate demonstrates that your jewelry is under the guarantee of CANZER Jewellery & Atelier for 1 year.

In case of processing on the jewelry in other places other than CANZER Jewellery & Atelier, it will take the jewelry out of the scope of guarantee.

Any usage errors and damages that caused by the consumer and in case of failure to comply with the articles specified jewelry usage instructions are excluded from the guarantee.

It is user’s responsibility that in case of usage errors and damages may cause fall of precious and semi-precious stones.

In order to benefit from the guarantee and lifetime service (Jewellery cleaning and Jewellery polishing), the customer must submit the invoice and certificate.
Situations under change

According to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502., if the purchased jewelry is not used and has not received any damage, it can be changed from CANZER Jewellery & Atelier within the first 14 days after the invoice date but it is not possible to refund the money. The jewelries that contain diamonds can be changed with another jewelry that contains diamond from the same carat group. In order to changing process to be mad, the product must be delivered with is invoice and certificate.

The purchased jewelries as gift can be change within first 14 days with presenting the gift/exchange card. If there is no gift/exchange card, it is possible to change with the invoice and certificate.

Before the wedding rings and rings are purchased, it is accepted that our customers know that there may be changes in the size of the right and left hand.

The jewelries that made as special orders upon the customer request are not included in the scope of exchange and refund.

The jewelries that have been enlarged or reduced are not included in the scope of change and refund.

In case of changing process, if the price of jewelry suitable for the change is lower than the price of the jewelry to be changed, the difference will not be refunded.
