Your orders are carefully handcrafted within the specified time frame, undergo quality control procedures, and are prepared with a special jewelry certificate. After completing legal requirements such as invoicing and arranging transportation insurance, your order is handed over to the shipping company to be sent to the delivery address you specified during the order process. Since almost every stage of production is done by hand, the specified production time may be exceeded rarely.

Be sure to order in advance for the holidays! Delivery times may be longer than usual, so plan ahead to ensure your gifts arrive on time.

 

Customs and import taxes:    

    

When you order internationally, there's a chance of additional fees and duties depending on your local customs regulations. These aren't guaranteed, but you can contact your customs office for more information.

You will be notified by email and SMS when your orders are handed over to the shipping company.

The jewelry you purchase is specially prepared for you according to your preferences specified during the order. It will be delivered securely and with transportation insurance to the address you specify in a special carrying box with your certificate and gift note if any. If you wish, you can have the invoice sent to you and the gift sent to your loved ones by specifying different delivery and billing addresses.

Your invoice clearly states the gold carat and gram information and price, the carat information and price of precious colored stones such as diamonds, sapphires, rubies or emeralds, all labor charges, and tax obligations such as VAT. This detailing on your invoice serves as an official record of the jewelry you have purchased from the perspective of consumer rights legislation.

RETURN POLISY

Online Sales Return Procedure

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Distance Selling Agreement, our customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product for online purchases.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Custom-made or altered products (products whose size has been changed according to the customer's request, products with special inscriptions) cannot be returned.

Return Conditions

  • The product to be returned must be completely undamaged and unused. Products that are scratched, damaged or physically altered in any way will not be accepted for return. Our product specialists will examine the product and initiate the return process.

Return and Process

  • To initiate a return or exchange, you must send an email to Canzer.gold@gmail.com stating the reason for your return request and contact us at our phone number. Our specialists will inform you about the process after conducting the necessary inspections.

  • The packaging, certificate and invoice of the product to be returned must be sent along with the product.

  • The product to be returned must comply with the "Right of Withdrawal" conditions set out in Article 7 of the Distance Selling Agreement.

Additional Notes

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product and completing the necessary inspections.   

Online Sales exchange Procedure

If the Customer wishes to exchange the product, it is first necessary to initiate the return of the purchased product and then purchase new one.

In-store Return and Exchange Procedure

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, you may exchange the product you purchased with a different product from the same category (diamonds for diamonds, gold for gold) within the first 14 days after the invoice date, provided that it is determined that the product is unused.

•  The product to be exchanged must be checked by our product specialists to ensure it is unused.

•  The price of the product to be exchanged must not be less than the price of the product requested for exchange. If the new product is priced higher than the original product, you will need to pay the difference.

•  If your product is with diamonds, you can exchange it for another product with diamonds. If your product is gold, you can exchange it for another gold product.

• To exchange your product, you must visit our store with all the documents you were given at the time of purchase (product certificate, invoice, product packaging).

•  If you withdraw from the product even though there is no defect in the product, you can exchange it within the specified period, but a refund cannot be made.
